In order to expand scientific and research relations between Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan Medical Sciences Universities, a group of Pakistani specialists and academicians visited the Faculty of Pharmacy of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in the form of a delegation consisting of heads of Pakistani universities.

During this visit, the presidents of Allama Iqbal, Quaid Azam, Punjab Lahore, Education and Training, GC Lahore, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad, Chairman of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, Dr. Mohammad Rafiq Tahir, former Deputy Minister and Advisor to HEC and Mohammad Idris, Deputy The representatives of Al-Mustafa community in Pakistan visited the Faculty of Pharmacy of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.

While welcoming and presenting a report on the scientific and educational capabilities of this faculty, the head of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mrs. Sarkar, stated: The Faculty of Pharmacy of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences was established in 1350. This faculty has 60 professors, 850 students, 9 educational groups, 30 laboratories. It has 4 research centers and 2 scientific journals and operates in various fields of pharmaceuticals.

The International Vice President of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, in a meeting with the academic board of Pakistan, stated that health is independent of borders and territories and stated: We are all proud to be the servants of humanity in spreading science and health, and the communication between countries, especially Islamic countries, is a source of pride and We are proud.

In this meeting, Dr. Nasser Sargolzaei, Deputy President of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, gave explanations about Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and the areas of cooperation with Pakistani universities and said: Mashhad University of Medical Sciences has 1,000 faculty members, 10,000 students.
